As per certification by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification, the ASF was accredited as "Donee Institution" by the government's Bureau of Internal Revenue. All donations to ASF are therefore tax deductible.

• The ASF accepts donations and contributions from individuals, groups, corporations and institutions.
• Donors can specify whether they wish to contribute to the scholarship fund or to any particular type of community level projects supported by the ASF ( livelihood, feeding/ preschool education fund, or the larger organizational fund to support ASF's other programs).
• The ASF also welcomes sponsorship for specific scholars or areas of the Educational Assistance Program.
• The ASF also accepts donations in kind (used clothing, canned goods, others ) that can be distributed to partner communities.
